Efficiency, Quality und Environmental Awareness…
HANSA Oil- and Gasburner GmbH is a family enterprise and since the end of the 50's busy in the heating and burner market.
In 1958 the commercial enterprise Regel- und Meßtechnik was founded in Witten a.d. Ruhr by the engineer Gerd Hoffmann. He developed the Taifun product line of burners which were his first economical success.
Establishing his own assembly provided for independence from producers and together with the newly co-developed die casting method brought about a fast financial breakthrough in the market.
Towards the end of the 70’s and facing growing technical demands in burner business, a department for development became established which at the same time meant to be a prerequisite for further development in the expanding field of oil- and gasburners.
Buying the burner-producer Convair in Hamburg the enterprise took over the product names Convair and Hansa while flourishing sales brought about the founding of a new factory in Hamburg.
This fast development of the enterprise led to a series of new types of burners.
In the area of oil environment-friendly Blue and LowNox burners were developed. The area of gaz now saw burners with power of up to 500 kW. Today’s diverse range of Hansa-products comprises the whole power range beginning from small power of 8 kW up to a capacity of 2100 kW.
Besides Hansa has established a quality management system and is DIN EN ISO 9001 – 2000 certified in the area of development, production and sale of oil- and gasburners, boiler units and calorific value hot springs.
Extending its program since 2000 with boiler units and calorific value technology available since 2003 HANSA became system supplier in the area of heating.
From its beginnings Hansa was very much oriented towards export particularly with regard to their western european neighbours. Today we are selling our products all over Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Hansa Oil- and Gasburner GmbH has about 15 employees, working in technical development, internal customer relationship and administration as well as in storage and on dispatch. Both factories are employing far more than 100 people on average with assembly of Hansa products. Hansa is represented by field forces of about 30 field agents providing active support.
In almost 50 years of successful business in this area the world has changed and Hansa with it.
What remains is our enterprises' philosophy to develop close customer relationsship and services on the basis of efficiency and environmental awareness. In future too, we will stake on quality and optimal price-performance payoff of our products.

| Gas burner – Series HPM The HANSA Pre-Mix gas burner series are manufactured in three different sizes. The performance of the whole burner range reaches from 10-150 kW. The HPM 1.1 with a performance of 10-40 kW and the HPM 1 with a performance of 20-70 kW are fully modulating and available in 1 or 2 step technology. The HPM 2 with a range of performance between 50-150 kW is fully modulating and available in two-step technology. Control of function and fault diagnosis are standard of the electronic module. Additionally available software allows for display of temperature profiles, burner settings and diagnosis. The panel of burner electronics is integrated into burners cap, but on special wish is also separately available for integration into any panel. The PreMix burner is a compact lightweight with a broad operational spectrum. |
