EFFICIENT SOLUTION FOR MUNICIPAL WASTE MANAGEMENT enwis)public is a further development of established functionalities of enwis) in regard to special features of the municipal waste business. enwis)public allows complete processing of municipal container management, planning of fixed household waste tours and creating of waste calendars. The container change service can be processed just as well as bulky waste on call. Of course, besides this the complete range of enwis)-functionalities is available which makes all forms of individual appointment, of the container business, of fleet management, of tour planning, of handling of the waste transfer note process, but also of management of recycling centres possible. enwis)public forms an independent business sector within enwis) so that a separation of business processes in the sovereign area of commercial orders can exactly be mapped. enwis)public is, however, functionally completely integrated into enwis) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV so that all functions of this ERP-system can be used without interfaces and media breaks. Central element of enwis)public is real estate or estate to which the different household waste containers are assigned. For each real estate owners, users or property managements can be entered as fee debtors as well as payment numbers. Waste fees can be divided on a percentage basis among any number of fee debtors. A differing container location can also be assigned to the disposal property. All data of the real estate are documented in a history. Not only changing container stock but also change of fee debtors, payment numbers or special services are documented in the real estate history. Orders for the container change service as well as for bulky waste on call can, of course, be entered and dispatched and, if necessary, be invoiced.
