The Makron extruder is an automated machine for squaring and nailing wall frames. All studs, top and bottom plates and subassembly components are fed into the Extruder, which automatically squares and nails all parts continuously

PANEL FOAMING PRESSES

Multi-Daylight Press Systems: Makron multi-daylight press systems are suited for manufacture of various types of polyurethane foam insulated panels: camlock and cold storage panels, architectural cladding panels, insulated roof panels, etc. Depending on the application and panel design, the presses may be built up to 15 meters long and may have from 1+1 to 4+4 daylights. Heating system for the press and the mold plates may be either electric or with hot water. Advantages of the Makron Multi-Daylight System: High capacity with the all-time-working double-functioning press Effective material flow due to loading and unloading at the same station Mold plates are machine finished and tooling are made of high quality aluminum extrusions A 3+3 or 4+4 press can be first purchased with smaller amount of mold plates and upgraded at any time afterwards with additional mold plates Foaming lance is available for long panels or panels with difficult shapes

Sheathing Station
